Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 heaping tbl flour
- 300 ml milk
- 180 gr cottage cheese
- 150 gr sugar
- 4 gr pure vanilla extract
Put cottage cheese through a sieve. Add sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into mixture, Pour into crust and bake for 0.75 hours in a medium oven (350 degrees).
