Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts (whole halved)
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 buttered rice
- 10 3/4 oz cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 5/8 cup flour
- 5/8 cup flour with salt
- 4 oz mushrooms (sliced drained)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind (grated)
- 1/2 dash cinnamon
- 1 slice place sweet potato in bottom of crock-po place chicken breasts on top
Serve chicken and sauce over hot buttered rice. Serves 6
