Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast (skinless boneless halves)
- 1 scallion snip (finely)
- 1 this is excellent
- 2 pound sheets of waxed paper
- 3/8 c dry wine (white)
- 2 tsp margarine note
- 2 t butter
- 3 t stir in tarragon (fresh)
- 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped fresh)
- 2 tsp tarragon (dried)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- some salt and pepper
