Ingredients
- 2 worcestershire
- 1 broiler-fryer (cleaned)
- 1/4 c honey
- 3 tb corn oil
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts onion powder
- 1/4 ts garlic powder
1. Brush chicken with oil. Arrange chicken on rack over a slow charcoal fire; grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Combine honey with remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Baste chicken with honey mixture and place in a baking dish and brush lightly with oil. Place under a preheated 375F oven until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
