Ingredients
- 2 worcestershire
- 1 broiler-fryer (cleaned)
- 60 ml honey
- 45 ml corn oil
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr onion powder
- 1 gr garlic powder
1. Brush chicken with oil. Arrange chicken on rack over a slow charcoal fire; grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Combine honey with remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Baste chicken with honey mixture and place in a baking dish and brush lightly with oil. Place under a preheated 190ÂșC oven until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
