- 6 swirls on mousse
- 5 creme de menthe
- 1/2 whipped cream the chocolate mixture (into)
- 1/2 star tip
- 3 c semi-sweet chocolate (pieces)
- 1/2 cup chocolate (pieces)
- 10 tb butter (unsalted)
- 4 tablespoons creme de menthe
- 1 c cream mint (heavy fresh)
chocolate wedge slightly into mousse to stand upright. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
