Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 onion
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 c green cabbage
- 2 c cabbage (red)
- 1/2 c oil
Toss vegetables in a glass bowl. Combine mayonnaise and dressing and pour over and toss gently. Cover & chill overnight.
