Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 onion
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 180 gr green cabbage
- 180 gr cabbage (red)
- 120 ml oil
Toss vegetables in a glass bowl. Combine mayonnaise and dressing and pour over and toss gently. Cover & chill overnight.
