- 24 soft sandwich bread (sliced white)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 c butter
- 2 ts cinnamon (ground)
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME DEC/JAN 1996 Flatten bread with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and yolks. Spread on bread; roll up, jelly-roll style.
