• 1 tbs ketchup over meat loaf
• 1 sweet potato
• 1 tbs ketchup
• 1 1/2 lb beef (ground)
• 1 c onion
• 4 tb worcestershire sauce
• 3/8 cup salt and pepper
• 1 tb garlic powder
• 1/2 ts pepper
• 1/2 ts salt
• some juices over
