Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cubed chicken breast (cooked)
- 1/2 cups instant rice
- 1/4 cup thinly green onions with tops (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon country-style dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
Bring broth and peppers to a boil in a saucepn. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
