Ingredients
- 350 ml chicken broth
- 210 gr cubed chicken breast (cooked)
- 60 gr instant rice
- 30 gr thinly green onions with tops (sliced)
- 16 ml country-style dijon mustard
- 5 ml honey
Bring broth and peppers to a boil in a saucepn. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
