Ingredients
- 375 drop the corn mixture the fat without crowding the (into hot pan)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 pepper sauce if desired (hot)
- 1/2 orange marmalade
- 1 3/8 cups orange juice (fresh)
- 2 cups corn kernals
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 1 teaspoon cumin (ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
Directions for Sauce. Combine the marmalade, orange and lemon juices, ginger, cumin and mustard in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and stir in the hot pepper sauce.
