Ingredients
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 pound corned beef hash
- 1 pint peas
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 pound american cheese (grated)
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine hash, egg, catsup. Mix. Line bottom and sides of greased 9 inch square pan with this mixture. Spread the vegetables in top. Put cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan. Heat until blended. Pour over meat-vegetable mixtue. Bake 350 oven for 20 minutes.
