Ingredients
- 1 orange sections (fresh)
- 1 bag cranberries (fresh)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup apples
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp ginger
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes or until berries burst. Makes 5 1/2 cups.
