Ingredients
- 7 crepes
- 3 eggs
- 1 qt blueberies (fresh)
- 1 c milk
- 5/8 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c cream sherry
- 1/4 cup berries for (garnish)
- 2 tablespoons sauce
- 1 tb cream sherry
- 1 tb sugar
- 1/4 ts salt
and top with a small dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a fresh berry. Serves 4 to 6.
