Ingredients
- 7 crepes
- 3 eggs
- 600 gr blueberies (fresh)
- 240 ml milk
- 85 gr all purpose flour
- 60 ml cream sherry
- 50 gr berries for (garnish)
- 30 ml sauce
- 16 ml cream sherry
- 14 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
and top with a small dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a fresh berry. Serves 4 to 6.
