Ingredients
- 3 barley (cooked)
- 2 chives (fresh minced)
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 oz chickpeas (cooked)
- 3 oz turnips (sliced)
- 3 oz broccoli flowerets in bite
- 2 tb soy oil
- 1/2 ts curry
Steam turnips and broccoli for 8 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve warm. From DEEANNE's recipe files
