Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 c leftover chicken (cooked)
- 2 tb butter
- 1 tb green pepper
- 1 tb onion
- 1 package kraft mac
- 1 package cream of chicken soup
- 1 package french onion rings (fried)
Use a 2 qt. casserole. Mix everything together but onion rings. Microwave on high 16 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through. When done, put onion rings over top and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.
