Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 pie crust
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp flour
Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375� until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
