Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 pie crust
- 300 gr sugar
- 85 gr butter melted
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr flour
Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375� until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
