Ingredients
- 3 cilantro
- 1 chili powder
- 1 cayenne
- 1 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup bell pepper
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
Combine the tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro, and garlic in a medium bowl. Stir in oil, chili powder, and cayenne to taste. Yields 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
