Ingredients
- 4 potato (diced)
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 instant potato flakes
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups onions (diced)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dill weed (dried)
