Ingredients
- 4 potato (diced)
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 instant potato flakes
- 700 ml milk
- 475 ml water
- 180 gr onions (diced)
- 55 gr butter
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr parsley (fresh chopped)
- 2 gr dill weed (dried)
