Ingredients
- 1 d -pepper
- 1 1/2 lb beef (ground)
- 1/2 c broth up
- 1 c vegetables peas (chopped optional)
- 1/4 c carrot (grated)
- 1/4 c onion (chopped)
- 3/4 ts salt
