Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 1 ga vinegar
- 1 green peppers
- 1 pepper (red)
- 2 qt green tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 qt lima beans
- 2 qt onions
- 2 lb brown sugar
- 2 qt cucumbers
- 2 qt cabbage (shredded)
- 1 qt green corn
- 1 qt string beans (chopped)
- 3 ts mustard seed
- 3 ts celery seed
- some celery
Cook vegetables separately until tender in water to cover. Combine. Add sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Mix thoroughly and heat to boiling. Mrs. D.E. Leonard, Bath, MI.
