Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/8 am oatmeal
- 2 c am brown rice (cooked)
- 1 c am wheat germ
- 3/8 c green pepper (chopped)
- 3/8 c am cornmeal
- 3/8 c onion (chopped)
- 3/8 c celery (chopped)
- 2 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb flour (whole grain)
- 2 tb am wheat germ
Combine first nine ingredients and season to taste. Mold into patties. Dust with flour and wheat germ mixture. In hot skillet brown in oil until brown on both sides.
