Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/8 am oatmeal
- 240 gr am brown rice (cooked)
- 130 gr am wheat germ
- 45 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 40 gr am cornmeal
- 40 gr onion (chopped)
- 34 gr celery (chopped)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 16 gr flour (whole grain)
- 16 gr am wheat germ
Combine first nine ingredients and season to taste. Mold into patties. Dust with flour and wheat germ mixture. In hot skillet brown in oil until brown on both sides.
