Ingredients
- 6 biscuits with floured
- 2 1/2 round
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 4 c sugared peaches (sliced)
- 1 5/8 c cream (heavy)
- 2 c sifted enriched flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 tb sugar
- 3 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
oven (450�) about 10 minutes. Split shortcakes; butter bottom layers. Fill and top with peaches and whipped cream. Serve warm.
