- 7 oz warm milk
- 3/4 c cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 c swiss cheese (grated)
- 3 1/2 ts sugar
- 2 1/2 tb dehydrated onion (minced)
- 2 1/2 tb parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 ts dry yeast (active)
- 1 ts dry mustard
- 1/2 ts salt
NOTES: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. This bread has a high liquid content, so the top may fall during baking. Use a light crust setting. The crust will be somewhat darker than usual, due to the fresh cheese in the recipe.
