Ingredients
- 48 oz great northern
- 28 oz ketchup
- 2 lb fully ham (cooked)
- 2 pound dark brown sugar
- 4 c onion
- 1/2 c prepared mustard
- 3/8 c vinegar
Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 8/7/95 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the beans, onion, sugar, ham, ketchup, pineapple, mustard and vinegar, mixing well. Divide among 4 greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pans. Cover tightly with foil; bake for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; bake 20 to 30 minutes more. magazine. ----
