Ingredients
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 italian seasonings
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 3/4 c cottage cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tb sun tomatoes (chopped dried)
- 1/4 ts black pepper
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and chill until ready to use.
