Ingredients
- 16 oz pinto beans (drained)
- 1 c chedder cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 4 oz green chilies (chopped)
- 1/4 t pepper sauce (hot)
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small overproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees F 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
