Ingredients
- 450 gr pinto beans (drained)
- 120 gr chedder cheese (shredded)
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 65 gr green chilies (chopped)
- 1 ml pepper sauce (hot)
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small overproof dish. Bake at 180ºC 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2.5 cups.
