Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/2 c sherry
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c peanut oil
- 1 tb lemon juice
Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side. ----
