Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 gr shrimp
- 120 ml sherry
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml peanut oil
- 16 ml lemon juice
Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side. ----
