- 2 qt water
- 2 lb potatoes
- 1 lb carrots
- 3 tb worchestershire sauce
- 4 tb cornstarch
- 2 ts garlic powder
- 2 ts seasoned salt
- 2 ts oregano
- 1 ts pepper
- 1 package green beans
- 1 package wax beans
- 1 package corn
- some juice from the stew
pot, and add cornstarch. Stir until dissolved. Add back into mixture.
