- 250 gr carrots
- 45 ml worchestershire sauce
- 32 gr cornstarch
- 7 gr garlic powder
- 6 gr seasoned salt
- 4 gr oregano
- 3 gr pepper
- 1 package green beans
- 1 package wax beans
- 1 package corn
- some juice from the stew
