Ingredients
- 12 round (ground)
- 5 wheat english muffins (whole)
- 2 drops pepper sauce up (red)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano marjoram
- 1 package tomato sauce
Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Brown ground round and drain excess gr ease. Cover each English muffin half with a layer of cooked ground round. Spr ead with tomato sauce mixture and sprinkle with cheese, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Placed on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees F. for 5 -10 minutes or until cheese melts.
