Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 4 onion in (cut wedges)
- 1 1/2 lb round steak
- 2 tb oil
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 5 slices carrots in (cut thick)
- 2 slices rib celery (sliced)
- some heat oil in saucepan
- some salt and pepper
with a little water and adding it to the stew. Heat through until thickened and serve piping hot.
