Ingredients
- 5 lb pork meat
- 1 c ice water (cold)
- 2 1/2 tb salt
- 1/2 tb sugar
- 1 1/2 ts peppers (crushed dried hot)
- 1/2 tb fennel seeds
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1/2 tb coriander seeds
- 1/2 ts caraway seeds
Ground the pork meat. Combine all the spices, using a coffee grinder to crush the seeds. Mix all ingrendients. Put into small hog casing. Cook on a hot grill.
