Ingredients
- 1,300 gr pork meat
- 240 ml ice water (cold)
- 22 gr salt
- 6 gr sugar
- 4 gr peppers (crushed dried hot)
- 3 gr fennel seeds
- 3 gr black pepper
- 3 gr coriander seeds
- 1 gr caraway seeds
Ground the pork meat. Combine all the spices, using a coffee grinder to crush the seeds. Mix all ingrendients. Put into small hog casing. Cook on a hot grill.
