- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c dry wine (red)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup tbl of flour for of liquid
- 1 c celery
- 2 tb fat
- 2 t oregano
- 1 tb parsley
stirring constantly and cook until thickened. Correct seasoning.
