Ingredients
- 2 1/2 blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 low-fat milk
- 1 sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375�F. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar & eggs. Sif t dry ingredients together & add alternately with milk & vanilla to the creamed mixture. Fold berries into the batter & spoon into greased muffin pan. Sprin kle with sugar and bake 30 minutes.
