Ingredients
- 1 1/2 chicken breast cubed (boneless skinless halves)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 20 ounces broccoli (fresh)
- 1 1/2 cups rice (white uncooked)
- 4 ounces fat-free sour cream
- 1 package cream of something soup
- 1 package vegetable soup
MIX all ingredients. SPOON into 12x8-inch baking dish. BAKE at 375�F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
