Ingredients
- 1 baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 lemon rind (grated)
- 1 1/2 cups kiwis (peeled)
- 5 1/4 ounces sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound flour
- 2 5/8 ounces butter melted
- 4 1/4 ounces walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 200 �C .
2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and milk, just until moistened.
3. Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
