- 2 lamb (ground)
- 2 ring mold
- 1 egg
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 c italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 t margarine
- 2 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1/4 t nutmeg (ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package stewed tomatoes
serving platter. Spoon creamy spinach filling into center. Heat ketchup and spoon over lamb ring.
