Ingredients
- 4 fish steaks
- 1 green
- 1/4 c kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/4 c dry wine (white)
- 3 tbsp green onions
- 4 tb green onions (minced)
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1 ts lemon peel (grated)
- 1/4 ts thyme (dried)
onions. Cover and microwave on Medium-high 2-1/2 minutes longer, or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Serve immediately.
