Ingredients
- 1 paprika
- 1 lb cod fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Arrange fillets in shallow 1 1/2-quart oval microproof casserole or glass pie plate. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Use Cook cycle and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
