- 2 lb sirloin steak
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 3/8 c cooking oil
- 4 ts sugar
- 2 tb green onion (sliced)
- 1 ts worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1 ts lemon peel (finely shredded)
- 1/8 ts pepper
steak to serving platter.Carve steak across the grain;spoon marinade over slices.Makes 6 servings.
